I visit this spot a lot since I work nearby. I like how their customer service is always excellent and they keep the place neat constantly. Pricing is affordable and they serve large portions.

To call this place a restaurant is the deepest absurdity. The service was wholly incompetent, the food was at best akin to reheating somebody's leftovers made by an incompetent cook and at worst akin to scraping a garbage disposal and putting it on a plate. Even the seating was awkward and uncomfortable. And on top of all that, it was only at the end of the "meal" that the waitress told us they could not accept credit cards. She also tried to tack on a $25 "gratuity" which we absolutely refused to pay. We were conned by this place and should have bolted at the sight of the stale 1970's decor, so don't make the same mistake we did. Even "Kitchen Nightmares" could not help a place like this.

The food here was amazing. I truly enjoyed the stuffed clams. I ordered the swordfish for my meal and the portions were perfect. My boyfriend had the fettuccine bolognese and the bowl it was served in was giagantic. He didn't expect that but ate almost all of it. The atmosphere at the restaurant seemed ver italianesque. Loved the terra cotta walls and the various decorations that made thisvplace feel like home. It was a last minute choice as all of the other locations were all crowded.

It smelled odd and the service was so slow. I was there for a party, they didnt even put bread out until 1 hour and half after the party had begun. The food was good once it was served but really disappointed with how long it took.
This place is really bittersweet. The service is terrible but the food is good. My boyfriend and I got walked in and waiting awkwardly to be seated down. The waiter hand signal us to walk cross the room to him to be seated. He decided to finish up setting up tables then to give us a menu, so we wait awkwardly again. Once ordering food we wait about 30 for one plate to come out. My plate came out first and then my boyfriends steak came out 15 minutes after. By that time my food was on the colder side. The waiter didn't come and check up on us. But the food was pretty good. The steak my boyfriend had order was nice thick and soft. My peen vodka was made perfectly aldente.

I am so sorry to say this is the last time I visit this restaurant. Something definitely changed this year for the worse. We came yesterday Saturday night. There were 9 of us with reservations. We got there at 6:45 and the place was empty. When we told the ONLY waiter we had reservations he seemed to have no clue. Asked for a few bottles of Nero d'avolo, this is a Sicilian restaurant, and he only had carafes of wine so no clue as to what wine we were drinking. We ordered appetizers and main course and he brought out a big salad for all and then some of the main courses, then some appetizers, eventually getting almost all the food out after 2 1/2 hours. There were 4 other tables that were filled directly after we came. One table got a pizza made for them by the only waiter who is also the busboy, bartender, host, cashier, and I would almost swear he was in the kitchen cooking. Whatever food came out was good. Portions were totally uneven for the same dish. I hope they get it together but I can't chance it and bring people back here.

The owner is not nice. Food is good. 1 waitress, who has to tend bar with little liquor. No stock for basic drinks. Wait time for food is nuts. We were between wake times. Waited so long for pasta we could not even have coffee. And he screamed at us that ‘pasta made fresh’. So embarrassing g. Not many people go there. Now I know why. He was nasty and rude to us and his workers.
