Ordered a quesadilla to go but I didn’t receive a quesadilla. The cheese wasn’t melted, the carne wasn’t seasoned, and the quesadilla wasn’t cut. It looked like a folded taco.

This place is like no other, no actual management or order in this place. Food may take over an hour for something as simple as a quesadilla.
I regret not getting a picture of the food considering I do google reviews for fun, I had the birria tacos and they were amazing and probably the second best birria tacos I've had so far.
Itzel’s moving 10 min farther away has been one of the great tragedies of my time in the neighborhood.So good that even one instance of mild food poisoning didn’t stop me from enjoying my carnitas burrito with just as much enthusiasm a week later (really). The carnitas burrito is my go-to, but other friends with discerning palates have said Itzel’s makes the best al pastor they’ve had in the US.If you dine in, you also get a generous complimentary side of A+ chips and dip :)

After a night out I expected a chill and relaxing dinner at this place, although the service was excellent the experience of waiting an hour for one item is something I wouldn't stand.If you ever wanted to eat out at night I wouldn't recommend this place.
