Got the melon green tea with nata jelly. It tasted bad. Like I think they brew the tea for way too long. One of the worst fruit drinks I ever got. Workers were kinda rude. Didn’t look happy working there. There’s a large seating area.

The lady at the front desk now is super pretty and nice, and has a great attitude. The drinks made by the tea making lady are also delicious every time. However, there is a strong smell of cigarette smoke every time I come here. The smell of smoke wafts in after the staff smokes, and it lingers for a long time, which is very unfriendly to pregnant women and children.

I called directly to order from the store. The deliver man is super rude, he does not allow me to close my door after I paid and got my food. I try to protect myself by closing the door, the man curse at me and complained about the tip and harass me by calling my phone again. Damn scary.

They didnt give me straws for my drinks. I bought it togo, i dont even know how am i suppose to eat my toppings without straw and i am far away from them when i drank it, i cant just drive an hour back for straw.

Love this location, can no longer eat BBQ Olive from K Town because it feels like the chicken is always overcooked so I make trips here to get it. My family loves the soy garlic and honey garlic, we've tried most of the flavors. They've done a good job fixing it up to look nicer, though could be a bit cleaner. It's cheaper if you pay with cash, but it's definitely getting pricier

I use to come here quite often and the drinks and fried chicken are good, however, their tteokbokki has gotten worst, there’s barely any flavor and it’s run down, my stomach has been hurting really bad after eating it, I suspect the cheese is expired or something but they definitely need to work on it.
My main issue is that the uber eats menu is messed up (you can’t order 10 pc wings for some reason, you are forced to get 20 because it is set up incorrectly)
and the tteokbokki is very watery and flavorless.
other than that the bubble tea is good and the chicken is great. its just annoying that i can’t order delivery anymore

My tteokbokki was flavorless it tasted really bad ? there was more lettuce in there than actual rice cakes and the dish looks so pale like they barely put any sauce in there what ? like no way i waited 20 minutes for this i swear their tteokbokki used to be decent i guess not anymore ??

After eating Chaocha for so many years, this is the most irritating time for me. This is probably the most unpalatable poplar nectar from Eight Avenues! Even if there is no mango inside, it is all saccharin coloring! And the drink was also layered... it was really hard to drink.
