Overpriced and tasteless. Wouldn’t go back here. Went for lunch today, place was empty. Ordered the original truffle shoyu soba. Was not very tasty and empty without additional toppings. Thanks but no thanks, I’ll stick to Kogane on Henry street.

Its right near from the brooklyn bridge so if u go there at night the scenery and atmosphere is fabulous. One of my friend who ordered truffle soba said it didn’t really taste good; prob it was too plain and the soup had thick texture (honest opinion). I ordered Mala soba, it was fine, the food plating looked so aesthetic harmonizing with red bowel. Given that its near brooklyn bridge, the pretty high priced. The food wasn’t that good for knowing it’s a Michelin star restaurant i presume.

Although not written on the ramen menus, there was seafood in mostly all of them. It was disappointing since we came in for ramen and one of us is allergic to seafood. It should be written on the menu that this allergen is contained in all of the options (excerpt the vegetarian one.)... Even the pork gyoza had seafood. We instead ordered 2 small plates. The first one came and the member of our party almost finished his plate before the small plate arrived for my mom and I.Overall our experience was reflective of the 3.7 rating the restaurant currently has.

Went for lunch yesterday and tried their 3-course for 28$ lunch special, and was worth it. Taste and portion were good. Noodles were made al dente which I love, broth was rich but not salty, and sesame mochi for dessert was very creamy. The server was very hospitable, working alone (serving, waiting, etc) but never failed to smile made us feel very welcome and never rush us. He was efficient and attentive. I told my friend after we left the restaurant, this waiter should hold a seminar to waiters across NYC.I'll definitely go back and bring my friends and family ?
The vegetarian ramen was the worst I’ve had. My dining companion said the pork was just ok. The reviews are right on.Vegetarian options: I do not recommend for vegetarians

Went in for lunch today and everything was amazing! The design is cute and trendy, really nice view of dumbo out the window, great location right next arabica. They have some new menu options - several hand rolls, bao buns, etc. that really add to the experience and offer something for those who aren’t ramen fans or want something lighter. Very nice presentation and service by James. We also had a sake flight - so yummy! Can’t wait to come back :)

Best Ramen and Soba I’ve had in NYC.The broth is intricate and flavorful.I think many reviewers are mistaking subtle flavor notes and not having an overpowering amount of salt as a lack of “depth”.Great appetizers too.

Let me say, this is probably the best ramen I have had in New York City point blank, and I’ve made it my personal mission to visit as many places in the city as I can. I came in on my lunch break and got the Original Truffle Shoyu Soba and to say it was exceptional doesn’t even cover it. The flavor, the quality of the broth, noodles and Chashu was elite. Seriously, I’m not even doing it justice with the way I’m describing it. Good came out super quickly, staff was unbelievably kind and attentive. Overall, this is my new go-to and it should be yours too! 12/10, could not recommend this place more!
I’ve been here more than a few dozen times over the past half year. It’s in a nice location the food is consistently good and the servers are very attentive. It has been one of my go to places for most things ramen just because it is delicious.
