“If I could give 0 stars, I would. I was told my order would take 35 minutes, but it took 1 hour and 30 minutes. On top of that, the food was overpriced for the quality, and the overall experience was terrible. Extremely disappointing service, long wait, and way too expensive for what you get. I will never order from this place again and don’t recommend it to anyone.”

Very large and spacious place to enjoy your very large bowl of pho #1. Although the broth is not the best I’ve ever had, I do appreciate the atmosphere and I get to enjoy my food with lots of room to spare vs other pho establishments. The #1 bowl here is extra big here, but it’s mostly noodles. Other places give you more beef. Spring rolls here are also pretty decent too.

This place had good reviews so I took a friend of mine for her first experience with Vietnamese food. Definitely not an authentic viet place. I ordered summer rolls, and a vegetable pho. The spring rolls were not served with peanut sauce, instead it was served with a fish based sauce typically used for spring rolls. The pho also just tasted like vegetable broth, instead of the discernible spices and rich taste that pho is known for.

This is a Vietnamese restaurant not run by Vietnamese people. Its ran by Chinese and Mexican, however, the food still taste authentic, and I have ate here multiple times. I lived in Vietnam for a year, so I can say their phở bò is good. 5 stars

Food is usually on point but lately, they have been cooking beef cubes with so much sauce to the point that the fried rice is all soggy and tastes like straight up salty soup. If you’re reading this, please tell the chef to stop putting too much sauce.

Its the most low key Pho place in Brooklyn. The food is great, service is friendly, prices are reasonable, except for the cocktails. We are here at least once a month!

I've been going to this place since the pandemic and I was SO happy to find delicious authentic pho is Brooklyn.

I've been going regularly since 2020 and the service and food was always excellent until recently.

As of late, the staff has changed and it's like the staff had no. restaurant experience. They are very nice, but the service isn't great. They never check back, they are distracted, the food and drinks are placed anywhere on the table as opposed to making sure food goes to the right person or even clearing off dishes of finished food.

Also, they are definitely cutting corners to save costs, which I get, but it's obvious. The siracha is watered down and isn't even spicy. The. dipping sauces for rolls also very watered down. And when you try to communicate that to staff they gaslight you.

Used to love this place, but I think I'll start looking for a new pho place.

The environment is comfortable and warm, and the place is spacious. And the train 🚄 head is generous and tasty. I live near U Avenue, and this one is the best!

We got the Beef Bahnmi, chicken fried rice and chicken vermacelli. Everything tasted amazing! The grilled chicken was very flavorful, beef in the sandwich was soft and juicy. Staff was pleasant and the restaurant was clean/well kept. Prices are reasonable definitely not cheap.
