I have not yet gone there without being blown away by one thing or another. It’s not exactly classic but I think the technique is solid.
One of the best meals you can have in Greenpoint, actually all of Brooklyn, today. Besides the Mussel Cappuccino starter (which was absolutely incredible), every dish consists of perfectly prepared fresh fish, a combination of sauces and flavors that take every bite to the next level, and the kind of plating you’d expect from 2-Michelin stars. The one beef plate was cooked just right and super tender. A wonderful wine, beer and sake selection PLUS byob with $20 corkage - can’t go wrong. Will definitely be back as the menu rotates seasonally. A true 5 star experience from beginning to end.
