Well this place was very promising I have a great experience talking to both girls lol I forgot the names both one of them made a milkshake to my son and the other girl made me a smoothie the was beyond great lol I know she told me she don’t like bananas so she didn’t know how it taste it but I end telling her it was beyond great lol I even call her back to tell her the drink was amazing Please more places like this where customers feel great not just talking but enjoy the moment to come to a place order and still have a smile on the faces lol thanks again girls I be see more of you to buy more drinks lol 😂 thanks

Very bad, slow, and unattentive service. Long wait, just one person in line in front of me, but the employee helping them was on a personal call the entire time while scooping ice cream (using just one hand to work, the other to do personal business). The other employee just sat and either didn’t realize or care that there were other customers in line.
Finally I ordered a large soft serve ($6.50) and received an amount of ice cream only 2 inches above cone rim. Smaller than even a small size should be. Also ordered a cup of whipped cream for my dog, and was given a tiny ketchup-sized (shot-sized) cup for about $2 instead of a standard small paper cup for whipped cream.
Overall an extremely disappointing experience. The ice cream was good but your service is among the worst I’ve seen in Brooklyn over 10 years.

Great affordable ice cream! Staff is super patient and friendly. The soft serve is great both chocolate and vanilla they give a lot for the price. Definitely a go to!
My favorite ice cream shop in the neighborhood. So affordable, the staff are amazing, and they always give a pup cup to our Great Dane. My one complaint is that they close down in the winter. Uncle!! We need you all year long ?

rude staff , disgusting ice cream, i asked to have a different flavor because i didnt like the one they gave meand they refused even though i literally just bought it 5 seconds before and the cashier was giving her boyfriend free ice cream the whole time. so disrepectful never go here.

Love this place for a casual ice cream pick-me-up because they have an outdoor window and I can go with my dog. They even have free pup cups!! I only tried the cappuccino flavor, which was flavorful, not too intense, and a perfect Sunday treat. Can’t wait to try the other flavors ?

Big fan of the ice cream here, but they close earlier than their hours say on Google. Showed up at 9:15 (Google said they close at 10) and they were already shutting down their machines and turning away customers. If they want to lock the place up at 10, they should say they close at 9 or 9:30.
