I asked the person at the counter for a quart of Italian Ice. After packing the ice, he told me the quart would be $12. I pointed out to him that the sign on the window said $11. He said “oh yeah, those prices are old. We haven’t updated the poster in like three and a half years.” I said “ok, well, I’m paying $11.” I wonder where that extra dollar was going to go. I don’t appreciate being treated like a sucker.
Worst part was when I got home 10 minutes later, the container of Italian Ice was probably 4/5ths full with a big gaping hole in the center. So not only was I going to get overcharged, I wasn’t even going to get the full product I paid for either.
Really awful experience. Not good.

Italian ices we had were not fully smooth, as if they've partially melted and then froze again. Ice cream was better.
Wish they said right away you can get 2 flavors in a small, only the last person thought to ask

I came with 2 kids and asked for a 2 small scoops. Seller did all great and total was $15.IDK why the seller didnt suggested me right way, but finally Im overcharged and will not going there anymore.

Have tried the rainbow flavor Italian ice, it tastes good but too sweet for me, so minus one star. But they're lots of options, I will try some other flavors next time.Italian ice has a very creamy texture, but is a bit sweet.

Really nice Italian Ice, though the staff was pretty was pretty grumpy, and was pretty open about how unhappy they were; maybe I caught them on a bad day. This one is kinda in the middle of nowhere, though, but still good to have. I think I had the Cookie Dough flavor, which tasted quite nice. I would be happy to visit again, to try new flavors.
