Never coming here again. Girl was sitting on her phone and didn’t even acknowledge or say hi. Proceeded to not wash her hands and put her fingers in the bowls. Threw the ice cream scooper in the sink with an attitude. No thank you nothing. Very unfriendly and rude. Buying ice cream shouldn’t be a stressful experience. Last time going there.

We are local neighborhood guys, it’s a shame to see where our small businesses are headed. Buddy and I decided to go get some ICs at our local well-known icy shop, only to be disappointed when ordering with bad customer service, minimal selection of flavors, even though They are advertised as if they are in stock. Honestly, that’s not the issue, though the issue was the employee, nasty attitude on the phone facetiming, sipping her drink when we acknowledged her she would not even respond. We saw her mopping the floor and made a comment about how much it smelled like cleaning products in there she proceeded to serve our ice cream without washing her hands, and then threw the scooper from halfway across the room into the sink.like a buzzer beater for the win. In the end her attitude changed when she saw my friend put a 5 in the tip jar. But the bad taste was already in our mouths. If it wasn’t because we know that is a local neighborhood business we probably wouldn’t have even left a tip, but we did and now I hope Management takes this review as a tip.

Drove all the way here to get ice cream to walk into a Christmas store LMFAO ! . Maybe change the details so people don’t waste their time coming here. I’m pregnant and this was a huge disappointment 😭

I ordered 3 pint of ice at $31.001 scoop of rocky road $5.00It was like chocolate no nuts or marshmallows. When I asked for some squeeze cups for the $31.00 of ices I was told they charge $5.00 for 10 cups. So I said that was the tip I was going to give to them So I ended up spending $41.00 .I am writing a review if the owner ever looks at the review he will know he lost a customer.
