I’ve always been a fan of Uncle Louie’s: great ice cream, great vibes, but today I want to write a review about the people who work there/the experience I had today..

While running in the park, my friend and I someone badly injured, she stayed with the injured person, while I sprinted to try and find a first aid supplies.. I ran to Uncle Louie’s like a madman (frantic and out of breath).. they didn’t hesitate or ask questions, they immediately brought out their first aid kit and gave me everything I needed.

Kind, fast, supportive - Uncle Louie’s is a gem and I am so grateful to have them in the neighborhood!

On Tuesday 8/29/2025 I went to the store with my daughter to get the milk shake.We feel that the drink is not cold enough and also the weather is extremely bad and hot 🥵.That’s why asked the lady to add couples of ices cubes to the drink 🍹 . She reluctantly and make an excuses and said that “Anyway we don’t have ice here “. Tell me you guys the store is selling ice cream 🍦 and beverages and yet the lady gave me the dumbest answer. Hey 👋 I was not born in yesterday.Wowed 😃me and my daughter are so disappointed ☹️ with this lady service.

It's fine. Little overpriced. Ralph's is better

I didn’t try it, but I can say that it’s five dollars for one scoop and you can only get one flavor and every other city. I’ve seen Italian ice and doesn’t charge. He’s kind of prices. They had three flavors with fresh fruit and it could be amazing butfor Italian ice I’m not sure.

I look forward every year when Uncle Louie G's opens. The best icy ever.

Online it says that they close at 10 pm. So how do I get there at 9:15 and they tell me that they’re already closed and for me to look at the sign? Update your closing times if that’s the case.

Only complaint is that it's a very busy hot Sunday at 3PM on Mother's Day (peak activity at the park) and there is only ONE woman serving all the ice cream and ices, while the older man was ringing everyone up. He needed guidance on prices from the woman serving everyone. The line was 25 people long. We had to wait 20 minutes until we got to the window.

It's worth the wait, but in times like these when it's hard to know how busy it will be, I would assume this establishment can have a list of backup servers that can step in. It's not summer yet so I understand not hiring yet but there should be some preparation for April/May time-frames.

Huge variety of flavors! Delicious treats of all kind. Kid and pet friendly. Server was so friendly, patient, and polite. Honeydew icee is one of THE best flavors. Definitely worth a try if your in the area.

I had Cookies n Cream and Banana on a cookie cone it was amazing my friend had Mango and Pineapple icee he said it was so good.
