I don’t know why people are sleeping on this place. This deserves way more than a 4.2 on Google reviews. It has 5 star on Seamless. I crave their Caldo de Pollo soup all the time. It’s real food. The huevos rancheros are so good. Everything I’ve tried there is good.

Love Vamos !! It’s my favorite lunch spot in the neighborhood by far, and amazing soups to get you through all seasons. My favorite items that really separate Vamos Al Tequila from other spots are the variety of homemade comforting dishes like the plantain enchiladas if you don’t want meat, or the enchilada lunch special where you can get spinach enchiladas, also the chicken and plantain lunch special meal, or the shrimp plate with rice and beans and spinach… the chicken...

We ordered the burrito and enchiladas from the lunch special. The enchiladas, which had pork and green sauce, were well-cooked and flavorful. However, the steak burrito was a bit dry, and the meat was tough, though the guac and salsa on the side were tasty. It’s a cute spot, and the music adds a fun vibe.
