Very good ice cream, the girl at the register was pleasant and helpful, I just wish it cost a little less and that they had the more obscure flavors that are advertised, like sticky rice.

Ordered via grub hub tonight. The store sent the wrong flavors and the girl answering the phone honestly couldn’t be bothered. She refused to correct the order, told me to come to store to get it, then told me it was sold out when I asked why it wouldn’t be sent to me in order to make up for their mistake. Bad customer service, wouldn’t order again.

Had a solid experience here yesterday, the staff was generous with scoops and super efficient. The summer flavor of sweet corn and blueberries was by far one of the best flavors I have had with Van Leeuwen. The only needed improvement is that the waffle cone I got was a bit stale.

Jennifer has a terrible attitude she isn’t polite to the kids nor the adults. Instead of nicely asking my child to remove his hands off the glass she says “can you move”. My child didn’t even want his ice cream he’s been asking about all day he felt so embarrassed. Jennifer needs better customer service skills

Great location, but the parking is street parking and always full. Very courteous and helpful staff. It is a cashless store, but if you have only cash, they have a machine where you can feed your cash to get a card to use.
