I've recently arrived in the U.S., and this is my second time in New York. This is one of the best authentic cafés in the style of the former Soviet Union countries, with excellent cuisine and a wonderful atmosphere. Solyanka is simply excellent I highly recommend it.

I stopped by to have lunch with the guys. Chicken broth with dumplings and beef liver shish kebab are simply cosmos. The liver is checked to be crispy on the outside and soft like meringue on the inside. Thank you very tasty as always.
