BRING HEADPHONES! The playlist in the afternoons tends to be very disruptive and disturbing.4 stars because service is great, coffee is good, and the place is large and has WiFi and bathroom.But sheesh, the playlist, can give you a headache.

EDIT: I read some other reviews and it seems like this music is just the vibe of this place. Thanks, I won’t be back.While I was there today, there was loud crashing noise-drumming playing loudly through the shop. I thought it would be one song but it was definitely a specific artist or album. Being a musician myself, I can honestly say it was the most un-rhythmic, senseless, screeching, crashing, banging, ear-splitting, DISTRACTING, drumming you would ever hear. I was with some friends catching up and we could nearly hear ourselves and keep on track in our conversation. The couple next to us remarked that the music was very mismatched for a coffeeshop. I looked around and saw a lot of annoyed faces and furrowed eyebrows as folks tried to focus on their studying or reading amid the crashes of the drumming. Eventually my group left and a few others did too. The coffeeshop itself was spacious and had great drinks but the music was not appropriate. Managers/owners please check up on that employee.

Variety does the best ice latte in Bushwick in my opinion. It’s also the only coffee shop I know of that doesn’t upcharge for Oatmilk, and they’re the fastest service. Can have a line of 10 people and you’ll be drinking your coffee a few minutes later. Also the baristas are always really nice.Vegetarian options: They’ve got some vegan snacks like muffins. Also they don’t upcharge for Oatmilk! Only coffee shop I know of so far that’s like that.
The baristas on staff 12/29 need better training. Both the espresso and drip were so off. In fact it was so bad I had to bring the cap back, traded for a drip that was beyond sour. I go to the variety in ridgewood and they never miss. Whole thing was a bummer bc I know variety is good from their other location.

I really liked this old cozy cafe. Here you can drink a glass of delicious latte and sit at a laptop at a small table. There was no tea on the menu?. Sometimes you want to drink tea with milk?. 4 stars. I recommend!
