I've been going to this spot for smoothies and patties for years now because I've enjoyed it for a long time but lately it seems as if there's either a different owner or completely different employees. Last time I went there and they didn't have a lot of ingredients needed for the smoothies. I ordered a protein smoothie (didn't have protein in the store) I was charged for it anyway even though I asked the girl to not charge me the extra $1 since they don't have it and she said no. Today I went back there said hello, the girl never responded and stared at me in a ugly way. I asked if they have protein powder today to add to my smoothie, said yes and I after my smoothie was made I asked TWICE if she added it, said yes and when I tried it after I left I noticed the flavor that there was no protein powder. Very bad costumer service. Not got back there since they don't appreciate their costumers.

Great shakes/smoothies, but the customer service is LACKING. No greeting, smile, or "can I help you"? Etc...Straight faced attitude as if you're an annoyance. Get it together.

The J*** Plantain patty was delicious! Seasoning was full of Caribbean flavor and nice and flaky on the outside.

Always the rudest service. They don't even acknowledge you when you come in. Their smoothies are super overpriced. And, to top it all off: THEIR GRADE IS PENDING!! That means they got a B or a C due to health violations and have a few weeks to get their act together! AVOID!!!!
Had 3 different patties. They were amazing. I'm coming back for more! Will have to try their smoothies next time.

First couple times.. I absolutely LOVED here! 5 star experience.. however.. after deciding this is where I’ll be getting all my smoothies from since I’m 8+ months pregnant and can’t tolerate anything else.. I am hesitant to go back during certain staff shifts… dependent on the smoothies alone it is WORTH IT FOR SURE! but the price plus the fact that some of the staff doesn’t want to give enough product for the price OR the attitude of correcting them on the order is ?? ..Please work on your attitude when dealing with customers trying to get what they pay for. Giving me the remainder of MY product you mixed shouldn’t be an issue ?? (You know who you are) why rather throw it out than give me ?? I don’t understand.. but ANYWAYS..The Smoothies are phenomenal when made correctly here !I recommend ??

Veggies is the best juice shop in NYC, not to mention, they’re black owned, so MORE of a reason to spend your money here!Goose was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the menu. My experience at Veggie is always 10/10 !

I love their smoothie's! The employees are always nice and today I went in with a large preserve jar. I was hopping they can work with this and they did! They Made my smoothie jar a reality!
