Used to love this place. Then they gave me attitude for using my punch card redemption on their signature drink, which I order all the time. I also made a pastry purchase with the redemption, not sure why they were rude about it. Won’t be returning, many other options around with nicer employees

I love the Baristas here it's my go-to spot I made the accident of going to the wrong place earlier today and throughout the drink and immediately came over here and it was absolutely perfection thank you so much for making such an amazing experience every time I have no idea why I tried going elsewhere

I’ve been here before, and it’s normally been fine, but I just walked in here to order some beans and a flat white, got to the front of the queue, said hi to the guy with the spectacles and the red jumper, and got completely blanked in return. I’m not sure what I’ve done to piss this guy off.

Coffee was just ok. Staff however was dismissive, condescending, and complained about our exchange to other staff right in front of me. I’ve been a few times and this is the first time I’ve interacted with this staff, so it’s not all, but it definitely wasn’t a great experience.

The coffee shop is great but it’s is ruined by people with laptops sitting there for hours.
Silent, screen-focused atmosphere is underwhelming. Literally every table was take.
My only complaints is that sometimes the music is played too loud.
The other complaint is that every time I’m there, which is usually everyday, a homeless guy comes in be-tween 3 and 4 and locks himself in the rest room for up to a half hour and does God know what.
