This is one serious gem of a place, they literally cook and provide real proper nutritional food with decent prices, this isn’t one of those chain restaurants that chase profit share margins instead of healthy food, the lady who took my order was super sweet helpful and wholesome as well. Food tastes fresh and delicious, i am not sure how they are not more busy.
Get in there people we wont have great food like this if we don’t protect and support!
I stood in line and waited patiently. Just for the gentleman who was at the register to walk away as if I wasn’t standing there waiting to order. There were two young ladies making the plates who saw me as well. No one assisted. Customer service was horrible

I was initially impressed,when the owner greeted my family members and myself, as we entered Vera's on 9.12.24. This was my first visit and I will definitely return. I had the mac & cheese it has the larger sized noodles very flavorful not overly cheesy.The cornbread was sinfully delicious. I'm happy it was small and I only had one piece. I had the original turkey wing & the honey baked turkey wing. They were good,yet slightly overdone. As previously stated,I'll be returning for another round soulfood.
