I cannot rave about this place enough. The service was excellent. We were well taken care of with our 2 small boys. The atmosphere was just perfect. Beautiful place, small, not stuffy or uptight. Just a family feel. The food was phenomenal. I mean some of the best Italian I have had. I got the penne alla vodka. Ohhhh my. So good. I added thw hangar steak for my son and it was so tender and delicious. My younger boy had spaghetti and meatballs. Can’t go wring there. My husband for the seafood linguine and holy cow the amount of seafood in there was amazing. Also, everything was cooked perfectly and very tender. Next time we are in Brooklyn, this will be a must do.

I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars. The service and staff were incredible! It was the best bottomless brunch I’ve ever had. Our Belinis were replaced before our empty glasses ever hit the table and for $27!? Unbeatable!!

Delicious brunch- unlimited mimosas for 60 minutes, a stack of pancakes that were crispy on the surface (amazing!) and some chocolate Gelato to top it all off. A very pleasant way to celebrate our anniversary!

Hector our server is always great , me and my partner have been coming to verde for years since before covid and we enjoy the food and happy that the owner always changes up the ambiance the back part was HEATED which was nice and you are warm. It was busy new years brunch time but the food took no time to come out and it was great! Hector kept our drinks following with the bottomless brunch. Everytime we go we ask for hector. Thank you hector for always making our experience great and to the staff at the front greeting and seating people they are always nice.

We made our reservation for Thanksgiving several weeks ago. Our table wasn't ready when we got there, and the staff seemed to have lost our reservation. They asked us several times how many were in our party and if we had a reservation. Then we were given the option of waiting 20 minutes for a table or sitting at three tables for two they just shoved together in the middle of the room. We weren't offered an apology or a round of drinks on the house for our trouble. The service was a little lacking as well. No one asked if we wanted coffee or another drink, and we had to search out a waiter to order a glass of wine. The food was very good, so overall it was fine, just a bit disappointing. I realize it was a holiday, so they deserve a break for that reason.

My toddler wanted pasta on her birthday and we decided to try Verde. Food was delicious, staff very attentive and pleasant and the ambiance was very cozy. Just before we were about to leave we were pleasantly surprised with an acknowledgment of my toddler’s birthday. Overall a memorable birthday dinner and 4yro approved!

I hosted my sister's 10 year wedding anniversary party in the back private room, 25 people attended. It was such a great experience. The manager was really helpful and responded to every request I had. I could decorate the table to my specifications, brought in a cake and had welcome drinks for all the guests. The waitstaff that evening was so on top of things and very accommodating. My family and friends are very picky when it comes to food and everyone loved the food! There was no dish that was not a hit! There was more than enough food between the apps, pasta course and main entrees. The whole evening was very special and stress free for me as the host. I would highly recommend hosting private parties here if you're looking for great food & service.

Had an amazing dining experience at Verde on Smith! The peach Bellini was perfectly refreshing — light, bubbly, and full of flavor. For the meal, we had the steak on penne alla vodka and the grilled salmon fillet served with Italian rice and asparagus.
The steak was tender and juicy, pairing beautifully with the creamy vodka sauce on the pasta. The salmon was perfect — flaky and seasoned just right — and the rice and asparagus made for a great balance of flavors.
The ambiance was cozy with a nice rustic brick-wall vibe, and the service was warm and attentive.

Came here with colleagues for a business dinner. It was fantastic. All of the food was delicious and they had a great wine and cocktail menu with mocktails too. I got the gnocchi pesto and it was cooked to perfection. The waiters are very attentive and the service was fabulous. I would highly recommend.

Went to Verde on Smith for brunch to celebrate my birthday and had such a great time! The vibe was cozy and welcoming, and the staff were super friendly. Our food and drinks were so good and came out quickly. Everything about the experience felt easy and enjoyable — exactly what I wanted for my day. Definitely a spot I'd go back to!

I want to thank Verde and the whole staff for their professionalism and attentive service to all our guest during private event..
