I ordered food through Grub hub while visiting Brooklyn. Food took well over an hour after promised time to get there. Two days later I went on my Grub hub app to order a pizza and accidentally clicked on their restaurant, which was 80 miles from where I was staying. I immediately contacted Grub Hub and explained what had happened and told them I needed to cancel the order. Grub Hub told me to contact the restaurant to cancel the order. I called the restaurant literally within 1 minute of placing the order and asked to cancel it, explaining what happened. This money hungry lowlife refused to cancel the order, saying it was already being processed. I'm talking about 1 pizza, which would have sold to anyone in the next ten minutes. I was billed for the pizza and never received it. Very disappointing!!!!

I actually can’t believe the state of sandwich I received from them. Burnt so bad the lettuce turned to green slime. Someone actually packed that up and thought it was ok. It went straight into the trash.

Ordered pizza a day in advance for a kids’ bday. Chose them because they claimed to open at 10:00. Pizza didn’t show up. We had to order from abother place. Then pizza showed up 30 mins late. I don’t know what their pizza tastes like because it was given away, but I’d recommend not ordering from here as they’re unreliable.

If they switched to warmer light bulbs instead of those super bright harsh ones, returned some tables to the front, and added music again, they would have their pre-Covid pizza spot back where I enjoyed sitting for one slice that would usually turn into two. Right now they have very good pizza but not so much thought to a warm atmosphere. It just makes the community better when you have a local pizzeria that welcomes you to stay awhile with an inviting space. Hope you consider some changes to the front to welcome us to stay awhile. A little effort makes a big difference.
