Villabate has been a family staple since I was a child. Everything there is magnificent. The rainbow cookies are the BESTTTTTTTTTTTTTT of the best. You will not find anything else as fresh and as good. The amount of different imported pantone they have for the holiday is insane. They have something for everyone. No bakery will ever compare. Have been looking for a bakery just as good in jersey but unfortunately it’ll never be possible. haha. When ever I come back getting a treat is a must! They’re always busy but the line goes quick!

I was waiting inline very long so many plp working and nobody ask me if I need help that's for starters. I bought napoleon pastry few pieces and it was horrible. Dry, old no taste. I am very surprised. They should take the receipt from Omonia they make delicious fresh napoleon. Not worth the money and the wait. I don't recommend.

My mom's birthday fell on November 22nd, and unfortunately, our original bakery plans didn’t work out as expected. With the clock ticking, I faced a challenge: I needed to secure a birthday cake and have it delivered within just 60 minutes from Borough Park to Sheepshead Bay. This was my first experience ordering from this particular bakery, and I felt a lot of pressure to get it right.
After careful consideration, I placed the order and anxiously monitored the delivery driver through the Uber Eats app. Time seemed to move slowly as I waited, hoping everything would go smoothly. When the cake finally arrived, I was relieved to see that it was in perfect condition and beautifully decorated. The moment I took a bite, I couldn’t believe how heavenly it tasted—rich, moist, and bursting with flavor!
That experience exceeded all my expectations, and I was thrilled that everything turned out so well. From that day forward, I knew I had found my go-to bakery. I can't express enough gratitude to Villabate Alba for their incredible service and delicious cakes. They truly are "Baking Life Savers." Without a doubt, they are the best bakery I have ever had the pleasure of ordering from, and I will be recommending them to everyone!

As they ship worldwide, I ordered some cookies as a gift for a friend who is from New York and knew them, and really liked them, However, the cookies arrived all broken, all destroyed, I could not give that as a gift, or eat them, because I thought it was not even safe to eat (maybe it was not stored well, it shouldn’t be shipped?). I called them, they told me to open a complaint on their website, but there is no way to do it, then they told me it has to be via UPS. Now I’m in the process to open a complaint with UPS to get a refund. No cookies, no gift and no refund so far. Not the best experience :(
Update Oct.23: I still haven’t received the refund for the damaged products. Not a good service at all! Very disappointed and frustrated.

The staff didn't know what certain items were or what was in them . The person who waited on us couldn't hear me through the glass. I couldn't hear her either. It was a struggle to order from her. My husband's cookies tasted the same but I've had pine nuts on it, the other pistachio. Mine tasted like cleaner... Just awful. I'm very disappointed. I didn't even eat them. That's unusual for me!
