Amazing ambiance and food, really nice staff. This place made me love Carroll Gardens. The spaghetti was really good, one of the best I had outside of Italy. Would go back if I ever end up in Brooklyn again. I could even take the subway all the way from Manhattan only to eat here. Portions are also generous, my mom brought her salmon back home and it lasted 2 more meals. The cute, and warm christmas atmosphere of the restaurant made it one of my best memories from New York.
Great food, great portions, and great service. Come here with an appetite. Huge portions, deliscous italian food, Great choices from chicken, pork, veal, fish, sausage, meatballs, vegetables, and or pasta. Friendly service with a smile.
This is a very old school Italian place. The atmosphere is pretty casual. But if you don't need a fancy setup and you just want great food, come here. We tried the eggplant parm and the chicken parm. The eggplant melts in your mouth! And I'm watching the people around me slurp down their pasta dishes, looking very happy and content.
For this neighborhood, the prices are excellent. All of the portions are ridiculously big. You will be taking home a doggy bag.
