So the question is if every location makes the drinks differently then isn't it misleading to have the same menu with the same pictures? Went there today to order a strawberry float for $8.17, and they made it differently than every other vivi out there. They blended the drink and put a tiny amount of foam, even the color looked off. I showed the employees a picture of what the drink looks like when I normally get it from every other vivi, and they looked at me confused and said that this vivi location makes this drink this way. I asked if every vivi location makes drinks differently and one of the employee replied with yes. I decided I did not want that drink since its not what I was expecting and I ended up choosing something cheaper and they expected to charge me more but didn't give me back what they owe me. As I was leaving they muttered in mando saying how annoying

The chicken was soggy and barely seasoned. Poor attitude and bad customer service. The worker brought out someone else's order and kept staring at me while calling for order 82. After like 7 calls and the long stare I asked about what the order is and he just kept calling 82 and showing attitude. I don't know if he's new to his job but he definitely needs more training to cook the chicken better and have basic customer service.

Been coming here for quite literally almost a decade and for the first time had soggy popcorn chicken that had no spicy seasoning when I ordered the spicy flavor. Went to ask for more seasoning and they apparently can’t do that.

I've been a regular at this place since the grand opening. The staff is incredibly welcoming, especially the owner of the bubble tea shop. If you get the opportunity to meet her, you'll find she's wonderfully kind and welcoming. However, I wish the food menu had more options for plant-based eaters. It's a fantastic spot to relax and get work done!

Food The food & drinks here are good but average Service Horrible, absolutely horrible, disrespectful and look and act like they have the urge to spit in me, in my drink, and throw it at me while i was acting friendly. They also didn’t take my order over 3 cents. Vivi, please fire these employees they are not built for this job Atmosphere Its nice, nothing crazy but pretty enjoyable

Atmosphere was a bit hostile. I asked the woman for vanilla boba and she responded "banana?" I said no and she looked confused. I said vanilla again and same thing she was confused. I looked at the menu to order something else and her body language and facial expression seems annoyed. There was no one else waiting on line.I got the taro milk tea and brown sugar. The drink was very thin and watery. Also you can see from the pic there was little boba in the cup.

Ordered 3 corndogs and it was burnt, asked for curry and garlic popcorn chicken to not be too salty, but they were. To top it off, the popcorn chickens were small and mostly batter. Would recommend the one on 86st, they are much better.
