Miss, please bring snacks to work. I ordered milk tea with no ice and no sugar and pearls. You can’t hear anything except milk tea and pearls! It’s useless to make a note, it’s so sweet! I had to ask to get that card stamped, but if I didn’t ask, I didn’t get it.

Mon Tues, the girl was so sweet and friendly Always asking if I need to stamp my card . Lot of staff change but lot of baristas I kmkw still there.
The guy, his English is little Accent but he good at making drink.
Customer service always Great. Say hi to Irene , the older barista/manager I haven't see her there lately.. And the older guy who is the owner. . Happy thanksgiving!

They honestly have the best popcorn chicken in NY. I’ve been going to ViVi since I was in middle school when they just started their first location, and now I’m 23. I’ve tried popcorn chicken at a lot of places, but ViVi consistently stands out.

Smelled really clean like they just cleaned with bleach when I walked in. Lovely sweet staff & quick service. I like that their matcha & coconut milk teas with tapioca are not too sweet. Cute place on 86st.

The girl with short hair wearing a hat is so handsome and has a good service attitude. This vivi's spicy salted crispy chicken powder is spread evenly and is delicious! A bigger air conditioner would be nice.
Every time I go to this location they say I can’t use card with a minimum of $10 but Im paying with a debit card!! That rule (by New York law) is applied when using a credit card. 311 will be getting a call

I absolutely HATE the Oreo Slush because i tasted some jelly-textured particles in it and it gave me a headache after drinking it.
