No stars ‘
Horrible place ‘ smells moldy
They don’t understand when your ordering so they have to fix your order a few times. It was not busy at all place was dirty no ac so musty! Just not it but the location on bay parkway 100% better! Don’t recommend this location.
as with all vivi's a great menu, this local is very small - but their drinks and food - are always amazing - friendly staff
Delicious
I waited 21 minutes for a drink. Would've been fine with it until I saw 2 people who ordered after me get served before me.
The employee at the cash register who also prepared my bubble tea couldn't understand English. I requested no ice, but she added ice. It will be difficult to trust this place for trying other drinks. I will not return.
I used to frequent this shop quite often. I have gone 4 times recently and 3/4 times i did not get the drink I wanted. There is a language barrier with the person on register and they don't seem to understand the drink I want to order and always give me the regular brown sugar tea which tastes bland. I would point to the sign they have right by the register and I would still get the wrong drink. I don't think I will be coming back to this location any time soon.
Do not get the popcorn chicken. There were barely any chicken in it and my teeth hurts from all that crunch 🫠
$7.08 after tax
It’s sad cuz the 8ave one is way better than this one
People that work here HATES their job. Disgusting pathetic customer service. If you want bubble tea, look around for the other stores because this one is NOT it. PLEASE DONT COME HERE.

This has to be the worst bubble tea store I have been to ever. I ordered extra boba and they gave me less than a regular serving amount of boba. When I went ahead and asked them, the lady gave me a disgusting attitude and said yeah that's extra boba. Then proceeds to hand a drink with even more boba to the next customer who didn't even order extra boba.

Extremely overpriced items. I tried ordering 1 small-sized boba drink and the price was 7$. I asked the woman to take everything off, (no bubble, no toppings,) AND THE PRICE WAS STILL 3 FOR MILK AND TEA???

C’est vraiment accueillant les serveuse sont très très gentilles et j’ai kiffer leur boisson et leur plat
I went to the one on 18th Avenue in Brooklyn N.Y.. The employees there have an issue understanding customers due to the language barrier. When you ask about an item or request something you get looked at like you have two heads. Plus the place was filthy and unsanitary too. Don't go here. Horrible service, zero communication skills and unsanitary conditions too. If I could give this place below zero stars I would. This company needs to wake up as they should be ashamed of themselves!!!

Order 4 drinks. One of them was the Oreo creme brûlée which was just milk and soggy Oreos in a cup. The other 2 were flaming brown sugar milk tea and it’s nothing like the photos shown in store and tastes very bland. I asked to remake the drinks because I did spent $21 on these drinks and they refused and told me I needed to purchase the drinks again. Although they did remake the Oreo drink and it ended up being milk with cookies again. So disappointing. Waste of money. Save ur time go to Kung fu tea.

Came to this place and tried ordering the cashier yelled “we are closed!” right in front my face when I waited 10 minutes and saw another person ordering while I was on the line. I don’t want to assume it was based on my race or anything.
