Service was friendly and attentive but the food was bland and unimpressive. Little to no spice despite ordering extra heat.

Excellent food with decent portion. My family of 9 really enjoyed our dinner last Saturday. They are also on "seated" so I get cash back from the app itself .

My friend and I were at the NYC transit museum nearby and stumbled in here on a rainy day. The food was absolutely incredible, specifically the chive pancakes and cashew nut saute which we got with steamed tofu. Also their lunch special has a phenomenal vegetable soup. Servers are very kind and food came out quickly. Very much recommend.

One of my favorite Thai restaurants in New York! The staff is extremely kind and food is phenomenal. My boyfriend was so ecstatic about his crab fried rice. I cannot recommend the Kee Mao enough. Cozy little spot. Thank you for a wonderful time.Vegetarian options: Roti Kanai/CurryKee Mao

When deciding on a place to eat, is it more important that the food is delicious or that the servers are kind, accurate and attentive. If you’re like me you would agree that both are needed for a well rounded meal.My fiancé and I visited for dinner on a week night. The place was virtually empty with two tables finishing their meal. We were seated almost immediately. The waitress came over immediately with menus, then with drinks then she eventually took our order. It was roughly 15 minutes for all. Everything was going great or so I thought but I didn’t realize what was happening. When the food arrived I was surprised. Truly authentic. You can taste the stir fry wok open flame. We loved the food.It was after another table was sat that we noticed the issue it was also the last time we saw the waitress attend to us. It was just my table of two and another table of two left in the restaurant at this time.To give you an example of how bad it was. The next table was seated half way through our meals, we finished our meals before they received their entrees. We asked for the check before they received their entrees. But we didn’t get our check despite us being finished 20 minutes prior and asking for it twice. The other table ordered received appetizers ate their meal and were finished with their meal.I thought it may have been a simple mistake even though there was only one other table there. So I asked if you could get the check again. The waitress said ok again and started doing other things. Roughly 10 minutes later the other table asked for the check and she gave them the check immediately took their payment and gave them a rewards card! They paid and left. The waitress just looked over at me and continued working. So I left. I told my partner I was leaving. I walked across the street to Mia’s bakery and waited for him to come.It took an extra ten minutes for him to get the check. He said she didn’t apologize or anything. After I left he asked for the check again and she was rude about it.I just don’t understand what we did wrong and that’s unfortunate because the food was really good but I’ll never eat there again.
