This is one of the best ramen in the area. Flavors are well balanced and deep in texture. A variety of Japanese whiskeys, beers, and sake. Food presentation is enticing. Highly recommend wanpaku for their ramen dishes.
Cute space and you can tell they care about the food that comes out. Everything smells great and beautiful plating. In talking with the team it’s nice to hear it’s becoming more farm to table - you can definitely taste the difference from other places in the area. The spicy pulled pork ramen is insane, y’all… I went for a bowl in 90° heat the other day which should show how good it is!! Dine in at the restaurant and hit up the Hidden Pearl afterwards for a cocktail!
