Came in for some drinks and apps. Espresso martini was exquisite. The deviled eggs had great flavor and presentation. The truffle fries were nice and crispy, with the truffle mayo on the side. Great to snack on while having some cheeky drinks.

Worst service I’ve eve seen

I rarely leave reviews, but this was unacceptable. Found mold on the dehydrated garnishes, yes, actual mold. Informed bartender who was making drinks for another customer using garnish from the same jar as molded ones. She inspected the rest of the garnishes but did not see her toss the rest out (at least not in front of me). Instead, they inspected the garnishes as if they planned to keep using them unless more mold was visible. No apology, no accountability, and they refused to comp the drinks. Service was cold, as I was told “I’m asking for too much”, as Basic hygiene and customer care are clearly not a priority here and too much. If you value your health (and your money), avoid this place.

I came to eat with my friend a few days ago but the quoted wait time was 30mins so we put our names down on a waitlist and the host said we’ll be notified when our table is ready but 45mins passed and nothing. We went back to ask on the status but they said it would be 45 minutes more and then this bald white guy (im assuming the manager) walked over. He was very rude and said that they dont need our business and if we dont want to wait, that we can just leave. Me and my friend were shocked at the unprofessional response, considering we both work in food service as well. I didn’t even get a chance to try their food but if the food is the same as the management, i can only assume its terrible. If you want a good experience when you go out to eat, I recommend going somewhere else.

Real awkward
Sat down with my mom after we were both tired from crossing along the pier and thought this place looked cute when we walked by. We’ve should’ve kept walking bc the food was like it was taken from the frozen food aisle from Walmart and then charged up by 20 bucks at least. Also whoever was managing, possibly the owner, said some stuff that made us both uncomfortable and not in a professional atmosphere. Don’t waste your time here.

I came on a Saturday early evening and was quite disappointed. They only have 1 of 4 beers on tap because the others are out. They do not offer tap water. And the place is incredibly empty. I understand why no one is here. Lots of other great options in the area.

Fantastic meal, drinks and experience! I was a bit worried but all the reviews are 1-2 years old. They def changed over their front of house and kitchen staff since then. Will certainly be back.

Just visited here impromptu, without booking on a Friday night, while visiting NYC on holiday. It was very quiet so I was slightly concerned but I needn’t have been. It has a great vibe, cosy lighting, awesome laid back tunes and the food was absolutely lovely. We were a little disappointed that the Porterhouse steak for two wasn’t available but husband and son had steak frites instead and it was amazing. I had the scallops and mussels and daughter a pasta dish. All of us were very impressed. Would recommend.

The owner incredibly rude and food tasted like it was frozen from Costco. In fact that’s overselling it - I would much rather eat frozen Costco food than what they’re serving here.
