I found it to be very disappointing with limited healthy food options. The area upstairs to eat in was not clean, had food waste atop tables and on the floor. It was absolutely horrible.

They do have a large prepared food area with pizza and other things plus some places to sit and eat. I was here to buy groceries and found the selections excellent. The staff were terrific with many offering to help me. Big parking lot.
Better options for reducing plastic related purchases and sodium free and unsweetened vegan foods. Family sized trays of berries allow you to save on those.

Mixed feedback from one visit. PLUS: reasonable prices overall, clean & spacious, well-stocked groceries, wide selection of cooked food buffet-style, competent staff, free parking MINUS: more affordable prices elsewhere, not accessible by subway, not enough space for dining in--Street level outdoor area gets crowded at lunch time. Second level is reserved for employees. We all have our own preferences. It's worth a visit.
