I was very disappointed on the service I received on 8/8/2025@11:00pm . It seems that customer service is falling at the waist side. I drove to the drive thru and said good evening and right of the back I got attitude. I got to window to pay attitude. I received my food and I have to check because I don’t live close to return if my order is messed up. I checked my bag and was missing three items. I brought it to her attention attitude. She told her coworker attitude all in his face. He passes her my missing food in the open not baged. I look at them and there looking at me like I messed up. Come on we have to do better. Whatever issues you have you should never take it out on the customer. I said thank you and drove away but it bothered me because I’m a polite person a paying customer. I had my kids in the car and explained to them how this is not how one should act. It doesn’t matter what job big or small professionalism is always a must.

Customer Service is too slow at night. With 5 cars in front of me, I waited longer than 20 minutes to order. I fell asleep while waiting for drive-through.
