I never have a good experience when coming to this Wendy’s, but today will be my very last day. The food is poor. The service is even worse. I waited in the line for 20 minutes for them to tell me after they take my order that they’re only taking cash. Why wouldn’t you have somebody Alerting the 40 cars in your parking lot that if they don’t have cash, they’re wasting their time. I will never come back.

I love the service at this wendy's. The staff is the best and the Manager is great. The is always awesome. I would not go to any other wendy's. The are very busy but always take care of the customers to to best of thier ability.

What bad treatment from these people I went at 5 in the afternoon and they treated me very badly I also saw how he treated an older woman badly.

The service here was fast and friendly. There's a good crew of recent graduates and young people, and they all seemed cheerful. Only used the drive-thru, but both servers had smiles, and we're very welcoming. Food was quick, hot, and yummy.

The atmosphere was nice clean. Service was nice and friendly. But I’m giving them a one star because I got food poisoning for almost like 2 days from eating at this place. I went in the 29th and ordered 2 biggie bag. It’s the 31 and I’m still throwing up and having diarrhea. So is my husband!!!

My experience at this particular Wendy's was a good one. Everything moved as it should, the food was tasty. The only complaint I had was that the fries were cold and hard.
You definitely won't get your order, but you may get lucky and get someone's more expensive meal. The incompetence here is staggering, and I worry for the future.
