I came with my children and we couldn't eat inside because there were too many teenagers acting a fool. I didn't feel safe to eat inside with my babies. I went through the drive thru and got my drink and got my family's food. I ordered to plain cheeseburger kids meals, and both had Ketchup on them. The person at the window took back the burgers that had Ketchup on them and handed me plain ones. As I am looking forward to drinking my large strawberry lemonade, I go to taste it, and that's when the disappointment kicks in. It tasted like a dirty sock was in the drink machine. I'm totally bummed. A waste of money. A LARGE DRINK. MY HUSBAND ALSO GOT A LARGE DRINK (POMEGRANATE) AND THE SAME THING. IT TASTE LIKE THE MACHINE WAS NOT CLEANED OUT AT ALL. Im disgusted by my experience at the Remsen and Ditmas Wendys in Brooklyn. I can say I don't be returning.

Went in to purchase an on the go meal.Code for $5 Biggie Bag ?!The experience was the best I’ve encountered from all of the Wendy’s I’ve visited in Brooklyn (I love my city).To my pleasure the management team was present and on deck. They provided a rich and great customer service experience. The female manager whose name I forgot to collect. Was super friendly and fully in command of her team. As she encouraged and championed her staff to remain vigilant and engaged. Graceful with her delivery, not to mention helpful without being demanding!Thank you for a ln excellent customer experience.

While they continue to get the orders wrong and rarely actually never include the requested condiments the fries are so good now and the pumpkin frosty is like one of my favorite frozen dairy deserts and it is AWESOME
