My first time at a Wendy's drive thru where I noticed the order was taken by AI. It was a cool experience to see my menu items generated as I mentioned them. When I pulled up to the window, the drive thru person named Careem didn't speak to me at all. In silence, I provided my card to pay for the food, and then my food was given to me. I jokingly asked if AI has stolen their voices which led to a hilarious but very real and human exchange about the new tech. Hopefully, their voices aren't truly lost as innovation starts to develop more in this space. We need real voices and human connection in the world and I hope the chase for money doesn't lead these corporations to forget the people. Great service otherwise!

The workers are extremely rude! I asked a question the guy gave me attitude in the drive through window rolling his eyes that to me make me not want Wendy’s no more! So childish And the food was nasty I can’t wait for them to close down this Wendy’s!

Order was bagged and prepared and left out while they were preparing and handing out everyone else's warm meals. It was taking so long to just hand me a bag of food and a frosty, I went to cancel the order and saw it said it had been picked up already?!?! Only after I started making a whole fuss about someone stealing my order, was my order finally given to me, it wasn't stolen but had been sitting so long that by the time they gave it to me everything was COLD not even lukewarm, and it still had missing condiments, finally walked away with my cold meal an HOUR after I ordered.

I would understand if it was a complicated or large order(it wasnt), I would understand if the drive thru was very active and busy(it wasnt), I would understand of a single person gave me heads up on it taking a while, but that wasn't case they just couldnt be bothered to care enough to hand me the food when they had marked that it had been picked up.

On week nights or when the manager is active on the floor this is less of an issue, but it's happened often enough that I'm over it. Not the end of the world but had a messed up day and was looking foward to my meal at the end and to finally go back home, I really dont like getting frustrated, upset, or raising my voice, especially over food and there are other places to eat in the area late at night with better service and communication that I don't end up being the loser that gets upset with minimum wage service workers. Some of the employees are fine but somewhere along the line the ball is being dropped repeatedly, definitely going to avoid this location for now.

First they give me a cold chicken sandwich, then exchange it for a old over cooked sandwich. Then the manager gives me an attitude .
Place was dirty, never again!

The lines in and out of this location are always ridiculous. On my last visit, I ordered a taco salad, and the tomatoes seemed to be on the edge of spoiling.

Hello, I went through the drive thru after working a double at my job since nothings open. I ordered the Asiago Ranch chicken sandwich combo, medium size with a Pineapple Mango lemonade and to finish off with dessert. I love Wendy’s cookies. They taste so fresh and delicious. There wasn’t any chocolate chip available, but I was told that there was sugar cookies available and I ordered four. I get to the window, have everything passed to me and the girl with the ponytail says “they’re chocolate chip”. I felt a warmth in my heart because I thought I got lucky. I was very excited and accidentally blurted out “you’re the best!”. She looked back at me and smiled really big. I eat on the way home, and finally about to open the bag of cookies. That worker lied. Smiled at me and lied. They were oatmeal cookies. Luckily I like oatmeal cookies, but all four were solid hard. I couldn’t eat them even if I wanted to. I’m very disappointed because nothings open around me, but mostly because I go to this location often and I’ve never had an issue. It’s a shame how one bad apple can make an establishment look bad. I will return eventually. Thank you to all the Wendy’s workers who do a good job. I appreciate you.
