My first time at a Wendy's drive thru where I noticed the order was taken by AI. It was a cool experience to see my menu items generated as I mentioned them. When I pulled up to the window, the drive thru person named Careem didn't speak to me at all. In silence, I provided my card to pay for the food, and then my food was given to me. I jokingly asked if AI has stolen their voices which led to a hilarious but very real and human exchange about the new tech. Hopefully,...

It was buzzing with customers. They have photos that honor some of the late great hip hop artists. They are decorated and in full swing with Halloween they have a large menu full of fast service and a wide selection is offered. Bathrooms are open.

This is a busy location in the hood. Sodas are given with mess all over the cup, at least wipe it off before giving it to the customer. Never listens good, rushes to put in order but do not give your correct order. Then i looked at my receipt and saw i was charged $1.00 for a coupon bookletthat i never request nor have use for. Come on I know fast food is no easy task, money is not easy to come by. Give good service. Step up yall game. Thank you
