TIMMIE WRATH
Every time I go through the drive through at night they mess my order up, I pull up to the speaker place my order, the ladie at the speaker goes over everything I told her, I pull around to the window and there like 12 to 14 people working in there laughing and playing around then they hand me my order, I go through it it's always my order is wrong after I went over it with the ladie at the speaker 🔊 before I pull up to the window, I come here after I work at night to get my order messed up every time I come here, I'm going to start recording this and put it up on youtube how awful Wendy's is at night on Pennsylvania ave brooklyn, I remember some times not checking my order and going all the way home to find out they messed it up, always check your order when you go to this Wendy, I get better service from the A.I. window service at checkers across the street, not once has this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😒

I am Uber delivery driver last night I went there to pickup an order I wait there for 40 minutes after 40 minutes customer cancelled the order there service is poor there were other delivery guys waiting there so bad the service is poor stag is not good
This Wendy's is very slow.When it comes to picking up , uber eats orders And for some reason they didn't have the order I come to up and when I called uber eats support To fix the order Apparently one of the girls in the restaurant wanted to lie And say I caused a commotion I hope the manager can rectify The employees about this situation for the future And rewatch any Surveillance in the store to prove that there was no commotion on oct 21 4:00pm to 4:30pm

Thank you to this amazing and kind employee - Sweater. I came late at night, starving, from the Wendy’s on Utica because that line was way too long. I knew I wanted a salad but I only ever get the Apple pecan or the Caesar because I’m so picky. When I found out they only had Cobb left, I literally said ew because I didn’t know what was in it and said nevermind. As I was about to drive off, Sweater asked me to hold on and convinced me that it was good. He was right. I’m glad I decided to listen to him and purchase it because I was about to just go to sleep hungry. This is my favorite Wendy’s, I’m glad it’s close to my house. I’ll definitely be back again! (sorry the photo is with the salad all mixed up lol)

If I could give them no stars I would order Uber eats from this restaurant at 9:30pm and my food didn’t get to me until midnight I live 10 minutes from this location. I had to call so they can make my order and give it to the delivery guy. By the time I got the food I didn’t even want to eat it I was upset about how terrible their customer service was had 3 different Uber drivers attempt to get my order.

No matter what time I place an order, it says the store is closed....I order food and when it comes time for the drivers to get the food I get an alert saying order canceled store closed but it's not. It closes at 3am.... please close this location
