They are so dysfunctional here in this site. I ordered and been waiting for over 30 mins. And they weren't even making my order. The person who was at the register didnt even process my order correctly here name is Jacqueline! This happen 11/15/2025 at 8:10pm. Please someone from corporate check this place out very out of order and not being efficient with the clients!

Horrible place. Restaurant is dirty and they take forever to get you your food. Most of the people speak Spanish and very little English so it's a language barrier. Don't waste tour time or money there. Disgusting service

I feel bad for the people working there... I honestly do. The amount of delivery drivers that come and completely barricade the pick up area. Makes it so it takes 30 minutes to pick up a mobile order. It's not their fault until they also mess up the order because of how backed up it is. I hate to say it, has happened almost every time I've been here.

Horrible ...first this place is open way too late ..8 am is too late.. then only one employee working with the manager. .waited SOOOO long for my food for the two were also serving drive through and the manager had to leave and do the cashier too .what nonsense is this for FAST FOOD?? The only thing good was the place itself ..was clean..thank God for the janitor .
There is no customer service. This Wendys should be closed. The tables are dirty and the atmospher is heavy.
