Placed an order on GrubHub and it took an extra 33 minutes to arrive. The staff at this location don’t follow instructions well. My order was missing a large brownie batter vanilla frosty swirl, no dipping sauces for the nuggets, no ketchup for the fries, no napkins, no fork for the chicken caesar salad. Lots of mistakes here and the staff needs to properly take care the orders, instead of speeding through. That’s why so many mistakes happened.

This location is by far the worst Wendy’s! It doesn’t matter if you order your food 30 mins in advance, it is never done when you get there. The employees do not acknowledge you unless you call out for them. 9/10 they are all playing around with each other in the kitchen instead of an employee standing in the front to greet guest or check for mobile orders. I recently came in and was asked what my name was for the mobile order and the employee just said “ok” I waited TWENTY FIVE MINS with the assumption they were still preparing the order. NOPE! When I finally complained he looked at the mobile orders and said “oh it was right here!” And then laughed. My entire lunch break was wasted on foolishness. I’m aware that this is a fast food restaurant and not a 5 star restaurant but, they need to do better.

This Wendy's is very mismanaged. A soda was included with my order, but they said they didn't have any ice. So, they gave me another cold drink instead of the fountain drink, but they charged me extra. they call order numbers, but they didn't call mine. When I went back to the counter, I saw my food was there and someone was checking it to see if it is their food. My order was wrong food, and the meat was still red inside. The person who took my order and the cook had very bad attitude. This is a place to stay away from.

This is a really great location with a fantastic team. Granted, I come in every day and get the same thing, but my order gets placed before I even get to the register. Everyone on the team is super nice, the fact that a lot of them remember me, is honestly incredible for a fast food place. Food always tastes fresh and delicious. Their chocolate chip cookie, honestly, could be sold as a high end cookie, it’s that good.

The food here is so good if I had any complaints it would be please add my side ranches and mustard to the burger like it says! Otherwise the burgers are tasty 🤤 and fries are so delish! I am so thankful we have a Wendy's because its the only thing with decent burgers in bay ridge that I know of. McDonald's hurts my acid reflux. I would recommend this place and the workers are very nice
