Such a great cocktail bar! Went here on a Saturday night with my girlfriends and we all absolutely loved our drinks.I got the MAGIC HOUR cocktail and it was AMAZING. If you like mezcal Negronis/old fashions, I'd highly highly recommend.The MEZCAL JULEP was also very good: tequila based, refreshing and tasty.

This is the most disappointing review I've ever left for a neighboring restaurant. I came here to celebrate my anniversary with my boyfriend, but I left feeling anxious. The waitress was incredibly rude; I've never seen anything like it before. She literally yelled at me and my boyfriend when we called her. She never came to our table, gave us the wrong dessert, and it took more than 40 minutes to get our drinks. At the end of the evening, after waiting 30 minutes for a dessert (which was also wrong), we called our server, and she approached us, yelling at us that "we weren't her only table," gave us a look and then walked away and aggressively threw an object. When we were leaving, the server was pointing at us and making jokes with her co workers about me and the situation. I'm so shocked by this experience.

I recommend this place, it is romantic, it is on the 22nd floor, it is great to go as a couple or group of friends; Also a family afternoon and a suitable place to close business, the house beers are for all tastes, as are the cocktails, although they do not have frozen or flavors, they have the classic mojito and margaritas; On the 23rd floor it is for hanging out with friends, a beautiful view and they do not receive cash, only cards.

The wost service I ever received:The server, didn't check up on us, didn't refill water, when they came for the dessert order she didn't clean the table to the point where I had to stack my plates and ask someone else to clean it. Which is all okay I get it. What is unacceptable is the fact that she placed the wrong dessert order and since it was taking 20+ mins to get our dessert we tried to hail her down by waiving so we can let her know we didn't want it. She comes and immediately raises her voice and in a nasty tone let's us know she's busy, we don't have to waive at her, the dessert is coming and we need to wait. And that she's by herself. None of that needed to be yelled at us and made us feel embarrassed. To the point where the 2 tables next to us were shocked. We complained to the manager and they promised something will be done. I hope to God they do something because I really like the place but how that happened it's not okay. On the way out we saw her enter the office and then as I was using he bathroom my partner waiting for me in the hallway saw the server point at her with her colleague and laugh and make comments.The good:I've been here multiple times, likes the place every single time. Cocktails arent amazing but they are okay. Food looks beautiful and there's always something to try and I honestly find myself content.

Most watered down Negroni I have ever had, 5 large ice cubes and just an unpleasant tasteless drink. Manager came by to say “this is how its made” and left. Waiter was great but overall experience with drinks and food was disappointing.

Something fishy is going on. I would score higher but like other reviews have been overcharged. They processed two bills one with and one without a tip. Ive now had to raise a dispute with my card company. This is long and painful and even worse that its pricey. Make sure to photo receipts take copies and check they dont incorrectly take money from you. Its 2024 why have a cheque signing tip system? Use a card machine as clearly cant be trusted!View great but its luck of draw with the best tables. Food was ok. Mixed experiences with staff - some nice, some rude. At end of meal felt a bit like a processing plant to rush you out for guests. Also witnessed table next to us get knocked by a window breaking when it was windy spilling their drinks on them. So they might need to review their building structure. A real shame as was hoping forIt to be a highlight of our trip.

My partner booked a reservation for my birthday, and specifically requested multiple times over email to be seated close to the windows for the sunset view.This request wasn’t honored and we were stuck with one of the worst tables in the restaurant with no view. When we then asked to be seated outside for one drink when there were multiple tables available, we were told this wasn’t possible. There were multiple tables visibly available and we were only staying for one drink.I get that not every table request can be honored, but for this request to not be honored on a Monday evening, on my birthday, after multiple requests over email, was very sloppy and tone deaf.
Westlight never fails to disappoint. Again and again they level up their service and give you an experience that makes for the perfect Saturday. Thank you Micah for getting us seated, served, and a view.The fries & empanadas were delicious and not much to ask for besides more Mayo to dip my fries in.Will be back, whether for date night or just to take a business meeting. Whatever it is, the view and service will make it unforgettable.

We went there to celebrate our friends birthday, who extra came from Germany. I reserved a table for 6 and added the birthday remark. Besides the view and atmosphere and the sweetest bartender Rose, the staff was horrible. The hostess and the waiter gave us the worst service ever. Our reservation was gone, we were sat at tiny bar table were eating was impossible and the birthday was forgotten. Until the end....when the waiter Juan actually asked the birthday girl herself if she still wants that cake!?!? We were in shock!!! For the amount of money you pay I expect a way better service! Very disappointing!!
