I’m appalled at the outright poor customer service over a margarita! I ordered a drink at 10:53pm for my friend’s birthday. At 11:30pm the drink had not arrived at the table. My other friend went to check on the drink and the manager Wilma did not believe her after seeing the text receipt, so she showed him the app receipt from the mobile order as well. His response “they brought a drink over there”. There was no apology, just an adamant explanation that the drink went out. After arguing back and forth he finally said he’d give the drink and ignored us as we demanded explanations on why he was being so nasty. I will never come back and suggest others boycott this place as well.

Before I share my experience I just want to remind everyone how desperate the restaurant industry was for business just a year ago.
Well I guess we’re post pandemic because the people with the titles at these establishments have forgot the position they were in.
The nonchalant manager Gio is a decent guy, but he literally had me wait outside for 5 minutes until they opened (even tho the doors were unlocked and open to the public) just to tell me I virtually couldn’t order anything unless it was brunch even tho they have 3 different menus that they make readily available to customer. I didn’t give him a hard time at all but I asked could I at least have chips and salsa to which he responds “as I said the taco bar doesn’t open until 12pm”
The issue I have with this is the “smash burger” side doesn’t open until 12 either but they were willing to make a burger I don’t understand why make things so difficult to spend my money but hey I guess he wants me to save more so I gave a star

The waitstaff was wonderful. Unfortunately, the general manager Wilma was rude and condensing when addressing a simple service issue. The waiter gave my order to the wrong person (not in our party). However, instead of refunding or apologizing and fulfilling my order they decided to conduct an amateur investigation interrogating members of my party. We were gathering to celebrate a birthday for a dear friend and this definitely tainted the experience. To add insult to injury a rodent issue occurred right at the same moment. Needless to say we will not be returning to this establishment and we advise you not do so as well.

The cocktails are amazing, and so is the food but for Godsake. GET RID OF THAT DJ. HE IS AWFUL. He doesn’t play to the crowd and acts like he’s alone in his living room ?

Not a good experience my first time visiting here. The atmosphere was nice I went on a Wednesday evening with a group of Co-Workers, I ordered from Taco Taco a Quesadilla w/ Shrimp it was a large portion so I took my time eating. When I got to my last piece I bit into it and chewed an experienced a hard object immediately thinking maybe it was a piece of shell of a shrimp, I tried to pull it out my mouth which was discomforting and discovered it was a “Twist Tie” which I might add has steel in it. I called a nearby waiter over and explained he then took my plate and showed the manager and I saw them walk to the back. The manager returned moments later and went back to what he was doing and the waiter informed me that they were going to make it again. I understand mistakes happen I think I was more so bothered that the manager acted as if that was a normal occurrence not once did anyone ask if I was okay even though I just chewed on a piece of steel in my quesadilla.

Had a horrible experience at this place. We had a reservation for 11 PM and were not sat until at least 30 minutes later without any apology or explanation why this was happening. The host was insisting on us doing bottle service in the lounge section, even though we had a reservation for a table. Then the server who took our order said there was an $100 minimum spend which we were not informed about when we made the reservation or when we were waiting for our table. When we asked her about it she was very rude and said we shouldn’t have came if we didn’t want to spend $100 and that it was not a hookah lounge. Do not recommend going here unless you want bad service.

I don’t normally even leave reviews but I have to warn ya’ll. The music is too loud and I like loud music drinks are way overpriced especially for this venue. The food was terrible not even decent like McDonald is better.and ofc overpriced. Maybe the taco and smashed restaurants are better not sure. Tried the Mac and cheese and Cajun shrimp pasta. Only the fries were good everything else absolutely disgusting and flavorless. I really don’t know how they are in business or have good reviews. Come here and waste your money if you want to. You’ve been warned.
