Originally I gave the empire blvd location a 5 however I may change to a 2. Online order number came with $9.89 Fish Nibblers that were DISGUSTING!!
They tasted like a fried ball of salt. When I called at 11pm Sunday, Jan 26, 2025, both the associate and the manager were extremely unprofessional and rude. The manager hung up on me!

I love White Castle but the man with dreadlocks refused to give me extra onions, something I love with my fish sandwich. I paid for my order, so am entitled to receive extra onions. The other staff was fabulous. I ended up not enjoying my sandwich.
