When I walked in, there was on 2 customers standing online. After giving my order to the employee working the register, it took 35 minutes for my order of a 2 fish sandwich combo meal and 4 cheeseburger sliders to be completed. It took another 5-10 minutes for my number to be called after my order was ready. The staff was horrible and impatient with customers waiting for their paid orders.
This is the first original White Castles I hope they never closed or relocate everytime I come home to New York I have to get a sack of 10 cheeseburgers always loved this place ever since I was a little kid

Takes over 30 mins some the smallest orders and then on top of that they gave my order away to someone else right in front of my face then told me it wasn’t ready and then told me 10 mins after that someone else had took it over 20 minutes before hand. I wasted time here

Little lady Grace really needed to use the facilities and the staff member let us use the restroom even though they weren't aware we were patrons. Afterwards, we picked up our very first order

The lady at the window taking orders was very rude. I commented n how nice her nails were and she rudely said thank you and snatched my money. Then gave back the change irately .. I asked for a cup of ice.. she had an attitude gave me a tiny cup of ice and no lid handed it to me rudely as the foreigner she is and need to respect the public.
