My first visit to White Castle was quite a pleasant surprise, both in terms of the food and the prices. The portions are just right for a satisfying snack, making it an excellent choice for party food. The staff were exceptionally friendly and patient in explaining the menu. While there isn't a lot of indoor seating available, this is yet another great reason to savor your meal by the beach.

While I've white castles all over the places and have seen so much of it in different movies could not expect the experience. Yes there is a convenience of there burgers being so small that you can make your meal just the right size for you, but the food is absolutely horrible. You couldn't even taste anything because all of it was way too salty. I have to admit they were very clean, not something you see in fast food places like there.

I’m so happy that I stumbled across this new White Castles. It was super clean, the service and staff were wonderful, and my double cheeseburger was phenomenal. Keep up the good work guys!

I've loved white castles since I was 5 years old. Back then it was a handful of a burger! Now I can scarf down half a dozen sliders. This particular location in Coney Island makes them the best! They put so many sweet onions in it, ahhhh, took me right back to those first times I had in my childhood! Loved that semi soggy bottom bun and top pillowing bun with that cheesy beef patty soaked in onions. The 20 boom box wasn't enough and I regretted not getting another 20 boom box! NEXT TIME FOR SURE!Parking at this location was not great but got lucky as a car left when I u-turned. The front door was clean and so was the inside. Small location no sitting area just take out. Very true to the original so will be going back to this location again and again!

This white castle sits on the boardwalk next to the Parachute jump. I have been here a few times before because the location is convenient to where I sit on the beach. However, I don't think I will be going back here anymore, as I have given this location too many chances to get their service right. Yesterday a friend of mine, who has never visited Coney Island before, wanted white castle. So we got online and I ordered four burgers with a side of fries and a soda. She ordered right after me, an order of chicken rings, fries and a soda. I got my order not even three minutes after, and I had to stand there and wait for my friend to get her simple order. It took about twenty minutes for her to get her order! A man who ordered before us ordered ten burgers, and a few orders of fries with two drinks, and he got his order before my friend got hers. And they messed up his order as well. By the time that my friend got her order, my food was cold. I asked for sauce and they handed out the wrong ones, plus for the fact that I had to ask for sauce instead of them asking US if we wanted any. Negative attitudes all around from the two cooks and two cashiers.
