One of the worst white castles I detest going. How is it that the staff takes a lot longer to pass out carry pick up orders? The short woman of all people needs to stop her BS and call the staff to help her at the register because 25+ people in line is being delayed by servicing just one customer who don’t have money in her bank account. Fire these people or train them better.

My order came back completely wrong, I provided a receipt it came back half wrong. Asked for a manager got Maria, and she said I will make it, then she mumbled under her breath mono. That means monkey in Spanish, I said oh no and demanded a refund. Don’t go here, the other employees heard her and didn’t say anything.

Food was wonderful had chicken rings and fries and a large drink. Wonderful place.
2 stars based off management. Around 3pm -3:15 today the manger was yelling at the cashier in front of customers and being disrespectful to her. The cashier displayed excellent customer service while being yelled at and many customers complimented her on her customer service. It was extremely hot in there like there is no AC. The cashier handled herself well considering how busy it was, how hot it was and being yelled at for a misunderstanding. Customers should never see managers discipline employees, managers should never talk to employees the way this manager did. This manager should not be a manager. She was clearly younger then the cashier and showed zero respect while the cashier had nothing but respect.
