Absolutely bad customer service I’m really nice and respectful but that place is too expensive the Spanish girl cash register employee gave me an attitude almost tryna argue with me because I asked her to charge me for the coffee it doesn’t take not even a sec and she gave me an attitude and getting mad for no reason I understand is always busy but do the job! Don’t waste your time, save your money!!!!

I ordered the same simple breakfast sandwich, eggs with cheese on a hero, and I was charged $7, then $9 and then $10 all in the same week. I asked the counter person why the different prices each time and no reason was given. I’ll never spend money here again. Horrible customer service!

As I viewed their menu online, I see that they put the best fried chicken. So I call to order, the gentleman that answered the phone , had to have been the weirdest and rudest. Well it took 2 hours and 15 minutes to be delivered. It had to have been the worst fried Chicken and buffalo wings that I've ever had.They leave a big thick piece of skin on that you can't even eat. It was tasteless not one bit of spice. The meat inside was so dry. They say they make the chicken fresh. Well it came so dark that it looked like they cooked it 10 times. So when I asked them how much they told me they would call me back. 2 hours later I don't hear anything. I called back the store, now a girl answers, I said I was supposed to get a phone call back to tell me how much it's 2 hours. She tells me oh your chicken just came out of the fryer. Gives me a price that is way over what the prices were online I said. Aren't the prices the same online? I made her go through the prices. She was so nasty and had no patience. I would never recommend this place. You want good fried chicken, TKO, Popeyes KFC. Anything is better than this place. Especially that they don't value the customer. YUCK, what a waste of money.

So I live in Gerritsen Beach and I drive 15 minutes to get to Bergen Beach to go to Wilkins deli because the food is gourmet. It’s not like a regular deli or a regular butcher or Whatever you wanna call it/store. This place has the best food in the world I’m not joking. This is top-tier. Everyone behind the counter is very friendly and helpful. I know them all by name because I’m in there so often. There’s 1 million places I pass on my way to Wilkins but like I said they are above everybody else no joke, fantastic food I like their sesame chicken noodles, beef stew, and steak teriyaki. Omgggg I almost forgot the Mac n cheese IT SHOULD HAVE AN AWARD THIS MAC N CHEESE IS FKINGGGF INSANEEEE. but ok yeah so Those are my top favorites oh and the shrimp salad is fantastic also. I’m getting hungry now lol I love Wilkins. !

Large or small grain couscous side salads are a great delicious healthy choice! Prefer them over the sandwiches for sure. They have a lot of variety- hot bar, cold bar and boars head sandwich bar. No bathroom cause it’s a deli and it’s pricier than other delis but it’s fresh and great to have at this location!
