We arrived hungry and forgot to take pictures, but wow—everything was so on point. From the chile relleno scallion pancake to the chicken wontons and that spiked mezcal ponche... such a memorable night filled with great food, old friends, and the warmest hospitality.
I have been waiting to go to Win Son for a long time. There was one dish that we really liked, and the rest felt like there was too much of something — too salty, too much fat, too much butter.. The food was not what I anticipated overall. I didn't feel compelled to return.
One of the best restaurants in NYC and a must go spot anytime you touch down in the city. Trigg and his team never disappoint. The service and food always blend that home cooked meal feeling with exceptional pairings and company. I must also say they have one of the best wine lists in the city especially for the price point. If you consider yourself a foodie make sure to go here before you leave this earth.
