I typically enjoy food from here but they price gouge so bad on Uber eats I don’t even order from them like that anymore. Like why is 6 tenders $17 on Uber eats. That’s insane. I can understand $10 max but damn near $20 is wild. I am totally disappointed because I enjoy their food. If I don’t stop in there in person I just don’t order. I can never say I’ve had bad food from there. I’ve tried chicken, fries, and onion rings in a variety of flavors that were all good. I will say though sadly when I did order online sometimes it’s a matter of them forgetting items or me not getting what I paid for such as them charging damn near $5 for a personal Bottle of soda but sending me a 12 oz can of a completely different soda. I really wanted to keep supporting this black business but with the pricing practices I can’t continue to do that unless I go in person where is extremely cheaper which won’t be often cause I only every order online because I’m a busy medical professional so by the time I’m home from 16+ hr shifts on my feet I don’t want to go walking another mile anywhere for my food. They’re really need to gather themselves and do better.

Very disappointed that this place has gone down hill. I’ve been a loyal customer for years and in the past few the quality has plummeted. I kept giving it a try in hopes it would be as good as I remember it being a few years ago but I think I’m gonna have to give up and stop going. I used to love their boneless wings and their sauces, but now the sauce is different and worse and the boneless wings are all breading and hard as a rock. The wings aren’t even fully coated in the sauce when I get them and they also changed their potato wedges which I loved to mediocre regular fries. All of the signature things this place had have now all been changed for the worse. I’m not even someone who leaves reviews on places but I’m so upset this has happened to what used to be my favorite place and hope there can be some sort of change in the future.

Food was horrible and I like wings this place needs to close or hire someone who knows how to fry chicken. The server was the cook . Plus he on the phone trying to take care of his personal business and take orders. If you happen to be starving and hungry stay starving and hungry. You'll thank me later. No stars

Absolutely disgusting I had ordered on Uber Eats, I thought I was getting a good deal. I got the order the wings had a terrible odor as if they were rotten or someone urinated on them. I call the restaurant directly the clerk that answered the phone told me that the courier did something to do the order which he didn’t, automatically assumed it was him. Than told me the manager would call me in 10 minutes. He never called, very unprofessional I will report this business to the health department. I don’t want anyone to get sick with Salmonella or any other types of illness that cause food poisoning. Uber was nice enough to reimburse me for my order. Never again! Avoid at all costs.

I will never order from here again. The reviews stated the wings are cooked well and flavorful. Unfortunately, the wings that I ordered were not cooked well, even though I requested well done. The fries were salty...not a good experience for the money spent.

Crunchy wings are the best. I heard about them by word of mouth. Oddly you don't see it advertised on the in store menu hanging above the counter. Once I find something I like l stick with. Also tried mac & cheese, mango fire sauce is on point. If the crunchy wings are gone so am I.
My first experience with wing zone was so good in which I had their crunchy wings, with the side of mango fire sauce and these mac N cheese bites. I had my entire staff at work enjoy these crunchy wings faithfully. A few times a day and week we would appear there. Recently I was told that the crunchy wings and Mac N cheese bites were no longer going to be sold ??? Which is confusing to mean since there were the only items I ever bought. I figured something was up since these 2 items are no where in display/signs to show that these are items to buy as well. No good. Once I went there and was told these items would no longer be sold I immediately left. Bring the crunchy wings back and like the other reviews I read I’m definitely gone as well.

Food was absolutely amazing!! The timing was on point. Very friendly! Great customer service. Wings are amazing and all of the flavors that they have is also cool. I did enjoy the Thai chili and Buffalo bliss flavor
