A delivery order was short and they wouldn’t give a refund. Cashier said he’d remake if i order ranch but it never came. I confirmed with him when i ordered that the website wouldn’t let me order that small and he said they can still deliver. After an hour run around he told me i was supposed to order on an app when i already confirmed whether my order would work. He even gave me fake delivery times and i had to keep going in and out to see if it arrived when in the end he said no one will pick it up. Where did the delivery times come from? Just give a refund, credit, or listen to your customers when they’re communicating. He kept over talking me and cutting me off.

Wouldn't go back. The cashier was very nice but since she didn't want to count out the money for her register I couldn't use my cash to pay for food. Then she asked me to go get change. It was enough of a sign for me not to eat there.

Okay so I’m very dramatic but listen…last night I ordered through Uber and the order was completely wrong. I visited the location today and spoke to the manager Nathan who was sooo very pleasant, understanding, and accommodating to my needs and provided me with a fresh order to rectify the situation. Love thisss Wingstop. For sure coming back!
Wing stop on Broadway Top tier customer service, the food was fresh and amazing, the manager even came out to make sure everything was good making sure I was getting taken care of greatly. I don't go to no other location this is it yall come thru
