It's a Wingstop, if you been to one not much to explain, but it's a pretty good Wingstop, service is always pretty nice and food comes out mostly on time.
Had mobile ordered and 30 minutes I go up
And ask and they had just started to make it like wtf never coming back as I waiting I even saw other people who had got there after me get there food
Slower than the other wing stops I’ve ordered in. Bathroom is disgusting (I got permission to use it) and the staff are kind of rude ish. Not the best.
Do yourself a favor and Never order from this place,
Placed the order online, 2 hours later the order is still not here and no one is answering the phone.
It was a hustle even to get a refund for a order that I never received

I ordered 6 piece Louisiana rub voodoo fries and chicken sandwich (no picture of the sandwich cause I finished it)off door dash food was mad good bag says “by your flavor it’s expert-R” who ever mad my food deserves a raise
Ordered from uber eats and they only sent HALF my order. I was short 20 boneless wings and when I called the store, they had no collection of my order or receipt. How hard is it to follow instructions and put boxes in a bag. Uber wouldn’t even refund me for what I didn’t get. Both uber-eats and this location are garbage, save your money, cook at home or physically go pick up your food from a reliable Resturant.
whoever took my order 2 hours ago i love you!!! the fries were DOUBLED what i usually got (ive ordered from here at least 20x 😓) filled to the brim, same with the sauces, and the wings/tenders are soo good!!! you deserve a raise!! 😭

Had a Wing Stop craving and walked in. Food was well cooked and seasoned. Cashier for dinner on 12/15 was warm and attentive to every costumer.
I tried to give another chance to this location. However, the management here is the worst. I had been given the wrong order, not something I paid for. And the manager told me the only way to get a refund/replacement is for me to travel back to the restaurant (that is taking 2 buses). He did not offer no any other alternative. I think if the employee made such a mistake, there should be more protection for the consumer. But the so called franchise of Wingstop on Flatbush, run business according to the errors of their employees ,not to their customers experience and satisfaction. If anyone ever wants to order Wingstop, please avoid this location. Noone knows what they are doing there. Or best, go next door for fast food, where it is cleaner and professional workers.

I called in to place my order and when I got there I was told that I still have to wait on the long line that hasn’t even began to be serviced yet. From the Ubers to regular customers, I shouldn’t have to wait for my food when it’s already ready and done. For me to wait in the line, it would make my food cold. No telling how long he would’ve taken to get to me. I didn’t appreciate that service

My order did not arrive complete, 10 wings are missing, we ordered 3 combos for my son's birthday and 10 wings were missing from one combo, they charged my account for everything, now I call and call and they don't resolve it and they still get upset.
Update..!!!.I have already been contacted and the resolution is in process.
Josh was so sweet, the food was fresh. His customer service was awesome and the best attitude thus far. Will be coming back for him! Thank you!

My order was placed by the wingstop employee (Corey). When he placed my order in person, he seemed like he was bored and didn't want to be in there. After placing my order and having to wait, I took my order home and after opening one of my orders from the bag, I noticed that the burger that I purchased looked burned and hard, like they didn't care about cooking it correctly. I will definitely not come back to this store and would advise anybody else not to come. Terrible service.?
