THE ABSOLUTE WORST LOCATION IN BROOKLYN! Even the Jamaican restaurant customer service is wayyy better. They got 10 ppl in the back working on doordash orders and no one at the register to take orders. You’re better off going somewhere else because after waiting 30 mins for them to realize you’re in the store and another 40 mins for your order to be ready DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

The door sounds like a dying dog and the lemon pepper wings looked like some one nutted in them and I found a whole wig in my food not just a strand of hair a whole
I called them for my delivery order and someone answered but hung up on me. They canceled my order but there’s no note saying I will get a refund. On the app, it says completed though. I called the store 16 times and no one answered!!!

DON’T ORDER ONLINE. I ordered through the store app and they delivered the wrong order. The instructions in the app/email if there’s an issue is to contact the store with a phone number included. However, no one picks up the phone and there’s no way to report the wrong order or get a refund. (The order I received was half (10) the amount (20) and different flavors that I don’t like, while also lacking other side items).
