Placed an order on uber eats got half my order when I called to complain they “couldn’t locate my order” whoever answered the phone had an attitude worst customer service … never again spent 150$ for about 60$ worth of food being delivered and they wouldn’t even hear anything your saying contact uber eats is all he kept saying when they messed up not uber … save your money even the food received was not all that great I would not even give it a half a star someone needs to find the owner cuz this will eventually go out of business w the way it’s being run

Worst experience I’ve ever had as a delivery driver 🤮🤮🤮 I went to pick up an order from this Wingstop (1902 Ralph Ave), and the cashier gave me two bags and told me to confirm the pickup. Right after I did, she handed me an empty cup and told me to make the drink myself. I told her I’m a courier, not an employee. She started cursing and yelling like crazy, then snatched the bags back and told me to get out.

I explained I already confirmed the order and couldn’t just leave without it, but she kept screaming. Then a big guy came out from the kitchen, got in my face, threatened to hit me, pushed me, grabbed my arm, and tried to throw me out by force 🤯

❗️Let me be clear: Uber Eats policy is that drivers are only responsible for delivering food — we are not required to prepare items or handle drinks. It’s also completely unhygienic. My hands might be dirty from riding my motorcycle all day. I don’t ask the cooks or cashiers to go fill up my gas tank — the same logic applies.

I stayed calm and ignored all their aggression and provocations — if I had responded, it would’ve turned into a fight. I had to call the police and report the incident. This place is out of control. I even went back in to record a video for my safety. Avoid this location at all costs 🫠

No more Drama

Ridiculous The cook needs to have more training because they do not know how to cook. Chicken is dry as hell and so damn small. Some fries are soggy and some are hard. The only best thing that came with the meal was the dressing because they did not make it. Tffffff waste of my mf money. Never again

Ordered several orders of boneless wings in different variations. All of it went into the garbage. SALT SALT SALT. Doesn't anybody taste the food? This food is not salty, its inedible. I don't have any sodium restrictions either but couldn't eat this crap.

I made a mistake ordering boneless wings, and I immediately went inside to ask if the order was being made already. The cashier said no, so I asked, “Hey, I made a mistake. Can I please have bone-in wings? I will pay the difference.” The cashier said he wouldn’t do that and made me place another order.

Then, I was told to wait for a manager for a refund on the boneless wings. After an HOUR AND HALF of waiting, I was told to come back tomorrow and write my name and order number down, and the refund would be processed the next day and appear in my bank in 2-3 days.

I came back the next day and was told the same thing—write my name and order number down, and I should receive the refund. Now it’s been 3 days, and still nothing.

This all could have been avoided if the cashier had just taken my extra $5 that I had absolutely no problem paying and made me bone-in wings

Stop putting seasoning on my fries when I specifically opt out of it!!! I order an Uber eats and this location always puts seasoning when I opt NO seasoning. I cannot eat it. I absolutely hate whatever it is you put on the fries. On the Uber app, I select no seasoning under “requied” and then the other option is also required where it still wants you to choose seasoning, which is ridiculous!!

I ordered food for delivery it was through DoorDash I never received the food and was charged. I called Wingstop and they seem like they didn’t care the response I got was well they stole your food and you will get your money back in days. I haven’t heard anything from wingstop or DoorDash and it’s been days I will never order from them again
