I ordered from this wingstop because it was the closest one to my girlfriend’s house in Brooklyn. The fries were literally uneatable and disgusting. They were very much undercooked to the point I taste the coldness when I bite into them and they dumped lemon pepper seasoning on the fries like you’d dump sprinkles on your little ones ice cream cone. I had the worst food poisoning for a full 2 days. I was in the bathroom constantly after having this wingstop and could not catch a break. If you want wingstop and this is the only place near you I suggest driving an extra 15 minutes to another one I promise the 2 stars out of 5 is not lying…

I have never been to a wingstop where the fries is 85% of the problem. The fries were heavily undercooked and RAW! My boyfriend and I ordered from this specific wingstop despite the reviews and he ended up with the worst food poisoning experiences we could ever imagine. The fries were cold, hard and drowned in lemon pepper seasoning. Not only was the food horribly made, but the staff was incredibly rude when we called and asked for help with the menu. If you decide to go to wingstop I strongly suggest going to the one near Flatbush avenue.

This is really a take out Restaurant. The menu is set up for meals rather than individual pieces of wings. I am pretty old and this confused me. I wanted 8 pieces of wings and the minimum is 10 if you are getting only wings. They cost $18. An 8 Piece Meal was a little more than $16. No doubt the wings are really good. 8 pieces means 4 whole wings without the tails. It is probably $3 a wing or if you get wings only about $4 per wing.There are two small tables to sit at to be prepared to eat elsewhere.The person who helped me understood that I was confused about the menu and did a really good job updating my order when I figured everything out. This made all the difference for me. The French Fries were really good. If you are fiending for wings and fries, all be it expensive this is a good place to go.Also note, wings are really messy. NYC Law prohibits napkins be placed in your bag unless you request it.Thanks for a nice meal.

DONT GO HERE!!! I was craving Wingstop and now idk if I can ever go back to any Wingstop. Everything we got was so damn salty I might have to take a stop at the ER. It's like they dumped salt on literally everything. I'm disgusted and this place should shut down NOW.

I ordered garlic Parmesan and mild sauce for the wings I got plain wings and the other looks like plain wings with powder Parmesan cheese on top terrible. And the corn taste like they dunked it salted seasoning and it’s extremely salty I’m so upset. When you order something you expect to get what you ordered.
Small, it is more for to go. But it has two tables for those who want to eat there.

Used to frequent the Wingstop on Ralph but probably will stop now. When they first opened they were great. Now, the customer service sucks. I order 2 meals that came with 4 fountain drinks but they had no drinks. When I tried to get replacement bottled drinks, they said that I couldn't. They said that the drink is free because it comes with the meal so you're not really out of anything. They sent me on my way without any drinks. They suck!

I ordered a chicken sandwich to go. I get home and part of the bottom bun was a bit soggy. I thought it was just from the sauce. I took a bite into the sandwich and all I could taste was a mouth full of chemicals. I swear on everything it’s like they set my sandwich on cleaner that had been on the counter not wiped while the rest of my food was being prepared. It tasted like bleach. I’ve never written reviews nor do I even like writing bad reviews… but for your own health… I 10/10 do not recommend unless you like the taste of chemicals lol
