Ordered at 3:42pm for 5pm, arrived for pickup and they are saying an hour?? People asking to cancel for refund, manager saying takes 1 week? Place is a train wreck.
I bought 30 wings there almost 2 months ago. 10 min after my purchase I called and ask to return them for my money back because they tasted like they went bad before they cook them. The girl took my info down and told me just toss them in the trash and she will refund the transaction. I called back 3 times after that and still no refund. They finally give me the direct contact of the general manager which never return my calls. I am out about $40. I will never go back there again. I will also report this to the better business bureau. This is deceitful and should never happen in orange city, FL.
I'd give zero stars if that was an option. I ordered food from them through Uber Eats, my order was missing 30 wings. I contacted Uber and they said to reach out to the store, I called the store and they promised a refund, when it didn't come again I called and again I was promised a refund. When it still did not come I called a third time and was told that it was Uber's fault and that they lied when they promised a refund. Then when I asked for the number for the district manager they supplied a dummy voicemail number like it was some kind of joke. In all my life this has to be the worst customer service I've ever experienced and that's saying alot considering I'm a comcast customer.
Bolton site is disgusting, the floor was so dirty, the service is shocking and good took ages to come and was cold. won't be returning
Website is down, but they refuse to take orders over the phone. Apparently 30 wings is too big of an order, even when you state you can pay over the phone. Bottom line is, it is totally doable but they refuse to make things right for their customers. That 64% like rate makes sense now.
I went to Kingston today ordered 4 louisiana rub and 4 Lemon pepper with the fried corn it was amazing!! The man who cooked my food name was WEEKEND!! I know because I called to let them know how perfect it was!! so I think he should call himself SEVEN DAYS A WEEK!! Thank you Wingstop on NorthMarket!! Everyone is so pleasant and Helpful!!
The wings are small compared to the last place I ordered from, the fries was not as crispy but ok. The place looked clean though, that’s a plus. Received the food in a reasonable Amount of time.

They found a way to make wings even more unaffordable by up charging for “all flats”, and if you don’t pay for this option you will only get 2 flats for every 30 wings. Hate it here. Wings are dry as sand.

A male associate was gruf, rushed and not welcoming, and there was no line.

Awful… Cold!…. Wrong flavours!… wrong fries! Wrong sauces! When we complained, we had to deal with bad attitude and an offer of 11£ refund! Our order was £80!!!! For food that went into the bin! Tasted awful heated up!
