I ordered Wing Stop Through their website and unfortunately this is the location the website assigned me to (even though there’s one less than 10 mins from me). Here I am waiting on my food going on 4 hours and I’m unable to reach anyone because they don’t answer their phones. Unacceptable. Do better Wing Stop.

Ordered at 3:42pm for 5pm, arrived for pickup and they are saying an hour?? People asking to cancel for refund, manager saying takes 1 week? Place is a train wreck.

I bought 30 wings there almost 2 months ago. 10 min after my purchase I called and ask to return them for my money back because they tasted like they went bad before they cook them. The girl took my info down and told me just toss them in the trash and she will refund the transaction. I called back 3 times after that and still no refund. They finally give me the direct contact of the general manager which never return my calls. I am out about $40. I will never go back there again. I will also report this to the better business bureau. This is deceitful and should never happen in orange city, FL.

I'd give zero stars if that was an option. I ordered food from them through Uber Eats, my order was missing 30 wings. I contacted Uber and they said to reach out to the store, I called the store and they promised a refund, when it didn't come again I called and again I was promised a refund. When it still did not come I called a third time and was told that it was Uber's fault and that they lied when they promised a refund. Then when I asked for the number for the district manager they supplied a dummy voicemail number like it was some kind of joke. In all my life this has to be the worst customer service I've ever experienced and that's saying alot considering I'm a comcast customer.

Been coming here for a few months and it has always been decent. Bought a 20pc yesterday and recognized the chicken had a weird smell.. tried to brush it off as maybe it was the hot honey? The chicken also had feathers still on it which was very disgusting.. kinda unpleasant to see seasoned feathers. Had my mom try the chicken and she said it smelled like dirty water and tasted like it’s been soaking for too long or something. Idk but two issues in one trip, I won’t be back.

Awful experience and shameful service with delivery from this Wingstop. I’d been waiting for nearly two hours for my order when I got an automated text that the delivery had been canceled. When I called the restaurant, they asked me to come into Wingstop (a 25 minute walk away) to pick up my order; I asked for a refund. A manager called me back after I’d already arranged to be refunded, first tried to convince me that the food had already been delivered, then that the driver was still on his way, before agreeing to refund me. When the refund did hit my account, it was for $12 less than what Wingstop had charged for the order they never delivered. Will not be ordering again.
This location sucks. Wings are not nearly as good as other wing stop locations.

Website is down, but they refuse to take orders over the phone. Apparently 30 wings is too big of an order, even when you state you can pay over the phone. Bottom line is, it is totally doable but they refuse to make things right for their customers. That 64% like rate makes sense now.

I went to Kingston today ordered 4 louisiana rub and 4 Lemon pepper with the fried corn it was amazing!! The man who cooked my food name was WEEKEND!! I know because I called to let them know how perfect it was!! so I think he should call himself SEVEN DAYS A WEEK!! Thank you Wingstop on NorthMarket!! Everyone is so pleasant and Helpful!!

The wings are small compared to the last place I ordered from, the fries was not as crispy but ok. The place looked clean though, that’s a plus. Received the food in a reasonable Amount of time.
